(the "Issuer"), priced an offering of €950,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2033 (the "Notes"). The proceeds from the Notes offering will be used to refinance certain of the Issuer’s existing indebtedness and to pay fees and expenses related to the Notes offering.
